SAIMING INC. (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the SAIMING Reseller application.
Account Information: company name, contact person, email address, telephone number, and other information required for registration and approval.
Transaction Information: wallet top-ups, orders, usage, and settlement records.
Device and Log Data: to secure your login and diagnose faults, we record your device model, operating-system version, IP address, login times, and activity logs.
We use your information to verify your identity and secure your login, to activate and manage eSIM orders, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
If you enable Face ID or fingerprint quick login, the associated biometric data is processed and stored solely within the secure enclave of your own device. The Company does not collect, receive, or upload your biometric data.
We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties except in the following circumstances: (a) transmitting the information necessary to telecommunications carriers or suppliers to complete eSIM activation; (b) processing payments through compliant payment institutions such as Stripe; and (c) where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and interests.
We protect your information using measures including encrypted transmission (TLS), one-time and time-based authentication, and access controls, and we retain it only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to satisfy regulatory requirements.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data; certain data must be retained for a defined period due to transactional and regulatory requirements. To exercise your rights, please contact us.
The payment (Stripe), push-notification, and infrastructure service providers used by the Application process data only to the extent necessary to provide the corresponding functions and are subject to their respective privacy policies.
We may update this Policy from time to time and will publish any updates within the Application. The updated Policy takes effect upon such publication.
